About Meowdoku Playbook
Meowdoku Playbook is an independent, fan-made site about Meowdoku, the cat-themed logic puzzle. It is not the game’s publisher and has no commercial relationship with one.
Why this site exists
Meowdoku is a deduction puzzle: place one cat in every row, every column, and every colored region, and never let two cats touch — not even diagonally. Every board has exactly one solution, and that solution is always reachable by elimination. You never have to guess.
That last part is what most help for the game gets wrong. Search a level number and you land in a forty-minute video where someone taps out the answer without saying why any cat had to go where it went. You copy the moves, you clear the level, and you have learned nothing that helps on the next one. This site was built to answer the "why" instead.

- A full Meowdoku generator that runs on the home page — no download, no account, no payment. Board sizes scale with your screen, and there is a daily puzzle and a campaign.
- 250 level walkthroughs
- One page per level of the original mobile campaign, each with the solved board as a diagram, the order the deductions actually fall in, and the mistakes that specific layout invites.
- A screenshot solver
- Upload a photo of a board and get the solution. Detection and solving both run inside your browser — the image is never uploaded anywhere.
- Rules and strategy
- The rules explained from scratch, plus the techniques that make large boards tractable, in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, and Japanese.
How the guides are made
Every level page is checked against a real board before it ships. The solved position is stored as data rather than prose, and the build refuses to publish a level whose solution breaks any of the three rules — two cats in one region, two in a row or column, or two touching. That does not make the site infallible, but it does mean a guide cannot contradict the game’s own logic without the build failing first.
The game ships layout changes from time to time. If a board in front of you does not match the guide for that level number, the screenshot solver will match the board itself rather than the number — and we would genuinely like to hear about it so the page can be corrected.

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the publishers of Meowdoku. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners. The game name is used descriptively, to say what the site is about.
There are no ads and nothing is for sale. Links to the App Store and Google Play point at the official listings and are not paid placements. If the site saves you time, there is a tip jar, and that is the entire business model.
